SHIPPING POLICY

We try to ensure that your item is delivered within the projected timeframe.. However, during events that are beyond our control such as adverse weather, peak season, or new product launches, there may be a slightly delayed delivery process.. We will do our most to always ensure that you receive the highest standard of delivery in the quickest and safest possible time.

We may use various couriers in order to make shipping as straight forward as possible. You will be provided with tracking details from the selected courier.

RETURN POLICY

If your item is faulty, or you have changed your mind, please return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes to it.

To get a refund, please return your item as you received it, in their original, undamaged packaging. All returned items need to be returned to be able to be sold as new, all returned items are inspected upon arrival. If they are not returned in new condition or if it has been over 14 days since you received your items, we may not be able to return your money.

Refunds will be processed based upon your original purchase price, inclusive of any discounts you received on purchase. Refunds will not include any shipping fees.

Be advised that we will not assume any liability during the shipping of returned items. It is highly advised that you obtain tracking information upon return shipping.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept the following payment methods: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

We will charge your card once order has been submitted. You will receive receive email confirmation when your order is confirmed. All items remain the property of Virtual Darts Shop until full payment is received.

The prices listed on our Website include VAT at the correct rate of which we are accountable for. Your payment will consist or the item price and the shipping fee (where applicable) which will be calculated at checkout.

All card payments undergo a standard verification check by your supplier, if your payment is refused or not authorised, we will inform you at checkout. Any failed orders may result in a pending payment which will disappear after 10 days.

We have the right to cancel or refuse any order if we feel it is fraudulent.
